About Project Sapandan: An Integrated Health Camp & Multi-Sectoral Discussion

Project Spandan: An Integrated Health Camp & Multi-Sectoral Discussion was a flagship community health initiative organized by the National Health Action Force Nepal (NHAFN) in Baglung from June 13–15, 2025. Designed to bridge the gap between specialist healthcare and underserved communities, the camp brought together 11 medical specialists across multiple disciplines to provide free, comprehensive health services to 353 patients.

Beyond clinical care, Project Spandan incorporated a structured multi-sectoral discussion to address the broader social and systemic determinants of health in the region. The initiative reflected NHAFN's commitment to integrated, community-driven health action, combining direct service delivery with advocacy and dialogue.

Project Spandan was completed with a 100% success rate, marking it as one of NHAFN's most impactful field programs to date.
